• Scope: We provide in-person corporate clinics, home-based care, lab services, telemedicine, caregiver provision, and training. Service descriptions on the site form part of these Terms.
• Booking & Cancellation: Appointments must be booked via our online system or by phone. Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations may incur a fee.
