In this role, you will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our initiatives align with our mission of improving healthcare access and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution:
  Develop comprehensive project plans, define clear objectives, and establish timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with healthcare professionals, IT, operations, and administrative teams to coordinate efforts, manage resources, and drive project success.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Engage with internal and external stakeholders, communicate project progress, and address any issues or changes to maintain alignment and support.
• Risk & Budget Management:
  Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, manage project budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  Track project performance through regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations, providing updates to senior management and recommending process improvements.
• Quality & Compliance:
  Ensure all projects meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements while supporting the continuous improvement of our healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience:
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare, technology, or service industry.
• Skills & Certifications:
  Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly desirable.
  Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
