This role is key in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting our mission of making quality healthcare accessible to all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis:
    Identify market trends, evaluate competitive landscapes, and conduct thorough research to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnership Development:
    Cultivate and manage relationships with potential partners, healthcare providers, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders to expand Gidimedics’ network and service reach.
  • Sales & Lead Generation:
    Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, sales outreach, and conversion to achieve revenue targets.
  • Proposal & Presentation Management:
    Prepare persuasive business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks that effectively communicate the value of Gidimedics’ services.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    Work closely with the marketing, operations, and clinical teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives. Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and performance metrics.
  • Contract Negotiation & Management:
    Negotiate terms and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
    A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Professional Experience:
    At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proven track record in driving sales growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
