Overview
At Gidi Medics, we provide compassionate, modern healthcare solutions for individuals, families, and corporate organizations. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative & Customer Support professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and clients, ensuring a positive experience while efficiently handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frontline Customer Service: Greet callers, respond to inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department or medical professional.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars for medical staff, coordinate patient visits, and handle rescheduling or cancellations.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate patient records, manage data entry, and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Assist with processing payments, sending out invoices, and tracking outstanding balances.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare reports, draft correspondence, and coordinate internal communications and office supplies.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from patients and clients, ensuring any concerns are escalated and addressed promptly.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative, clerical, or customer support (healthcare experience is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor—especially when dealing with patient queries or concerns.

Additional Preferences (Optional)

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) or related healthcare software.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or invoicing tools.
